The exact scope of each project will be determined by the agreed proposal, package, quotation, or project brief.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, instructions, references, branding materials, logos, images, text, and other necessary materials.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, or late approvals may affect the project timeline.
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change and may vary depending on project requirements.
A project may require an upfront payment or deposit before production begins.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
A project will not necessarily begin until the required payment and project information have been received.
The number of revisions depends on the selected package or agreed project scope.
Revisions should remain within the original project requirements.
Major changes to the original concept, storyboard, style, animation direction, or project scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to zaventra Studios are legally permitted for use.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to provide any images, music, logos, characters, footage, models, or other materials supplied to us.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, zaventra Studios retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, techniques, templates, production methods, source assets, internal workflows, and reusable resources.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final project deliverables specified in the project agreement.
Editable source files, 3D project files, working files, raw assets, or production files are not automatically included unless specifically stated in the agreed package.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion, zaventra Studios may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials.
Confidential projects or projects subject to a written confidentiality agreement will not be publicly displayed without appropriate permission.
If a project requires third-party assets, software, fonts, music, stock footage, plugins, or other licensed materials, additional costs may apply where applicable.
Third-party services remain subject to their respective terms and licenses.
A client may request cancellation of a project by contacting us.
If work has already started, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund because production time, resources, and creative work may already have been committed.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
